Should you trust the Board of Directors that allegedly illegally removed a Judge for upholding Tribal Member Rights?

Are people that remove a judge because they didn't like a ruling against them in favor of a Tribal Member be the people you trust to write a new constitution or re-elect? 

Is the Sault Tribe Legal Department that attacks Tribal Members Rights in Sault Tribe Court allegedly defending illegal actions of the board now in charge of the court?  The letter below indicates that they are.

It appears that there is no evidence that the Chief Judge did anything unprofessional. He simply ruled against the board in favor of a Tribal Member(s).  As of this date the Board of Directors refuse to provide case number(s) for the rulings that they used to justify the removal of Judge Palmer.
