When you give money to panhandlers and street performers you are not being a Good Christian or Hipster you are being manipulated and causing a nuisance as a result of you rewarding this behavior.
Therefore, you are a social nuisance.
Change your behavior.
Instead of rewarding this behavior give that cash to registered charities.
Volunteering with any charity if giving cash is not an option is always needed.
Just stop giving to panhandlers and street performers.
