August 27‑28, 2022. Straits Pow Wow
The 14th annual Rendezvous at the Straits Powwow is Aug. 28‑30 at the New France Discovery Center at the Father Marquette National Memorial, St. Ignace. The Rendezvous is open to the public. Admission by donation. This traditional Native American Powwow features traditional dancing, Native flute music, drumming and Hoop dancing. Enjoy vendor demonstrations, authentic, hand-made arts & crafts and traditional Native American food. It is sponsored by the St. Ignace Events Committee, the Sault Ste.
