SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. —The Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians Board
of Directors will hold a special meeting at 3 p.m. on May 13 at the Sault Kewadin
Casino, in person or via Zoom, https://zoom.us/j/83640619761. Those who have
already registered for Zoom meetings need not register again.
On the agenda under Resolutions is: Reaffirmation - Authorization to Negotiate –
Sibley Property Disposition.
Under New Business: Key Employees.
Preceding the meeting will be a board workshop beginning at 10 a.m. The agenda is:
10 a.m., Key Employees Discussion (CLOSED), 11 a.m., Litigation Updates
(CLOSED), 1 p.m., Litigation Updates Continued (CLOSED), 3 p.m., Board of
Directors Special Meeting, 3:30 p.m., (or upon conclusion of Special Board Meeting)
Kewadin Gaming Authority Meeting.

Updates - The Kewadian Casino CFO resigned. Bill Conley is the Interim CFO. The tribe entered into a new agreement to settle the Lansing Casino Lawsuit.
