The only Removal Petition presented to the Board of Directors that was listed on the August 29 Agenda that met the legal standards to proceed to a hearing was the petition presented that called for the removal of Darcy Morrow, Director in Unit IV.
The General Council has been appointed to hire a panel of three attorneys to review the stated facts of the petition to determine if it meets the standard to proceed with a recall election.
